Troubleshooting

• ★ Troubleshooting connectivity issues
• I have an asset without a status or an asset with errors in status column that cannot be cleared
• Audio/Video settings - Windows 10
• I don't see any audio / video devices available in Reacts and I see red cross on Windows sound icon
• I do not see or hear my counterpart / My counterpart does not see or hear me
• I don't see username (email) or password field at Reacts login screen
• I receive Windows Firewall pop up message when using some of Reacts features for the first time
