Please verify the following information if you don't receive the reset password email:
- Verify that the email address entered when requesting a reset password email is the same as the one you use to login to Reacts (the field is case sensitive and character sensitive)
- Verify that the reset password email is not in your junk folder or any other folder
- Search for the email by entering "Password Reset Request" in the search field of your mailbox
- Search for the email by entering "no-reply@reacts.com" in the search field of your mailbox
