Reacts Windows : Audio-video settings

You can set and verify your Audio-Video settings In Reacts at any time : 

  • At the login
  • In the home page
  • During a call

 

How to set Audio-Video at login?

After entering your Reacts credentials and clicking on "Login", you will be prompted with the "Audio/Video settings" prompt.

It will show you the mic, speaker and Camera selected to be used in Reacts :

If you have multiple devices plugged in on your computer, make sure the right one is selected. For this, you can :

  1. Click on the corresponding drop-down menu

  2. Select the device you want to use

  3. Click on save

  4. Confirm the microphone selected is functional: make sure the horizontal equalizer bar, under the microphone selector, is moving while you are speaking

  5. Confirm the speaker selected is functional: make sure you are hearing sound when you click on the “test” button located under the speaker selected. You can change the volume of the speaker by moving the Volume bar next to the “Test” button

How to set Audio-Video in home screen? 

  1. Click on the “settings” button on the right side of the screen

  2. Click on “Audio / Video” button

  3. Select the mic and speaker needed by clicking on the corresponding drop down menu

  4. Test the selected mic : the horizontal equalizer bar  under the microphone selected needs to move while you are speaking

  5. Test the selected speaker : you should hear the Reacts sound when clicking on the button “Test”

  6. Make sure to click on Save after changes are made

How to set Audio Video during a call?

  1. Click on the “settings” button on the right side of the screen

  2. Click on “Audio / Video” button

  3. Select the mic and speaker needed by clicking on the drop down menu

  4. Test the selected mic: the horizontal equalizer bar under the microphone selected needs to move while you are speaking

  5. Test the selected speaker: you should hear the Reacts sound when clicking on the button “Test”

  6. Make sure to click on Save after changes are made
