How do I create a checklist template?

To create a Checklist Template go to Checklists and Reports choose Checklists then Create template you will be presented with a new window:

From here you have options to add different items to your template:

 

When you finish creating your template you can save it in Reacts in Checklist templates folder or export it in PDF format:
